COMMUNITY AND GROUP ACCESS

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, refunds are not generally offered unless explicitly stated on a specific sales page or required by law.

Some digital product offers may include their own refund policy, which will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. If a refund policy is not stated, the sale is considered final.

Coaching sessions, Power Hours, VIP Packages, and other 1:1 or group coaching services are non-refundable. When you book a coaching package, you are reserving dedicated time, resources, and access. Because of this, all payments made toward coaching services are final.

Chargebacks
 

You agree to make every attempt to request support or a refund (if applicable) before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you forfeit any and all access, bonuses, or materials associated with your purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of purchase and access to your payment provider.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered to increase accessibility. They are not “pay-as-you-go” trials. When you enter a payment plan, you agree to pay the full price. If a payment fails, our system will attempt to process it again automatically. After repeated failures, we may revoke access until your account is brought current. All outstanding balances remain due.

MODIFICATIONS TO OFFERINGS AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Offering or any part of content at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

TERMINATION AND REVOCATION OF ACCESS

Termination does not cancel or waive remaining payment obligations. Any outstanding balance may be referred to collections, and you agree to be responsible for associated fees and costs.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation, you agree to attempt to resolve through mediation before filing a civil cause of action.
